VAT and taxes
All prices are quoted in Euros. The price indicated at the time of ordering is the sale price. If buying from outside the EU, we will remove the Danish VAT from the retail price, however you will be required to pay the import tax for your country.

Delivery
All goods that are in stock are normally delivered within five working days. Products that are out of stock at the time of ordering can be expected within 20 working days. Delivery of made-to-measure products will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

If you are interested in express delivery, please email us at asg@augustsandgren.com or call + 45 81917425 and we will do our very best to deliver within a day or two for an express fee.

Delivery terms may vary for items that are out of stock or sold out, and in cases of force majeure or the failure of delivery from our suppliers.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an already confirmed order, please send us an email with “Cancellation” in the subject line. Please also state the time of ordering and the order number in the email.

If you have received an order confirmation from us via email, you can return with “Cancellation” in the subject line.

Our guarantee
August Sandgren strives to deliver the very highest quality and therefore we offer a two-year guarantee on all our boxes, books and related items.

If your product is in any way defective, please notify August Sandgren within a reasonable time period after receiving the goods. Simply inform us of the details of the defect and include a receipt with the price and time of acquisition, when returning the goods.

Unfortunately, August Sandgren cannot accept packages returned “cash on delivery” or without paid postage.
